Billing and Cancellation Policy
Lineage Logic Systems LLC services are continuous until canceled. Services are not based on a yearly contract unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice before service cancellation.

Refund Policy
Payments already made are generally non-refundable once setup, management, or service work has started. If a program, system, or service becomes inoperable due to an issue attributable to Lineage Logic Systems LLC, Lineage Logic Systems LLC may review the issue and may consider a prorated daily-cost adjustment or refund at its discretion.
